We provide residential support services including RHS group homes, supported living, host homes, DSG day programs, and respite services for individuals with disabilities.

How can families or coordinators request services?

Families and support coordinators can contact our team directly by phone or email to discuss service availability and support needs.

What is RHS housing?

RHS (Residential Habilitation Services) provides structured group home environments where individuals receive support with daily living, routines, safety, and community involvement.

What are your hours?

Day Program: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Supported Living: Hours are based on each person’s schedule and are available 7 days a week, including most holidays.

Are you open on holidays?

Yes. We are open most holidays to provide steady support.

Can I change the schedule?

Yes. Schedule changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance.

How does pick-up and drop-off work?

We provide door-to-door transportation. Staff pick clients up from home and bring them back home at the end of the day.

What time is transportation?

Pick-up: Usually between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Drop-off: Usually between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Do you provide meals?

No. Please send lunch and snacks from home in labeled containers.

Should I send a change of clothes?

Yes. Send one full change of clothes, including underwear and socks, in a bag labeled with the client’s name.

Should I send briefs and wipes?

Yes. If needed, please send enough briefs and wipes from home.

Should I send money for food or activities?

Usually, no. If a special outing or activity costs extra, we will let you know ahead of time.

Do staff have background checks and certifications?

Yes. All staff complete background checks and must be CPR and First Aid certified.

Do you give medication?

Yes, with a signed doctor’s order. Medication must be in the original container with a clear label.

How do you track staff during shifts?

We use geofence tracking in our app to confirm staff are on-site and active during scheduled shifts.

Do you accept private pay?

Yes. Private pay options are available.

How many people attend the Day Program?

Usually 5 to 10 individuals.

Can you help if there is a bathroom accident?

Yes. Our facility is equipped to help with clean-up and clothing changes.
