They’re conveniently located where you need them. Plus, they have plenty of staff ready to help out when we need them. And their day program isn’t like a warehouse in the middle of nowhere; it’s rightin the city, close to everything. That’s what I appreciate most: itfeels more like being with friends than being in a program. The best part is that they’re professional and make sure you’re on the right path.

My son has behaviors and is big for his age. Blackscrubs was willing to provide services for him when no one else would. He is not easy, and I appreciate all of the staff that make my family’s life a little easier.

Our son transforms into a completely different person when he’s with them. He becomes respectful, attentive, and exhibits minimal disruptive behavior. Moreover, he’s been significantly more well-behaved at home since joining their program.

As a parent of an autistic child, I understand the importance of ensuring we receive the necessary services. However, I can be quite demanding in this regard. Despite this, Blackscrubs remains patient with me, as well as with all the other people they have to deal with.

Blackscrubs is the best choice for services, I interviewed 8 providers and they were the only one that interacted with my son and tried to get to know him during the meeting. I also liked that they had me write a summary of my knowledge base about him in order to adapt quickly.

We left BlackScrubs over a minor issue. We ended up going back right after our new provider showed up in flip-flops and a T-shirt and told us they don’t do showers, diapers, or weekends. The grass isn’t greener. There is no such thing as a perfect provider. Now we manage our expectations.

I have a TBI and am high functioning. There staff are basically hired friends and if you don’t like one they have more to choose from. They try to make sure you’re happy. I can also be picky so there’s that.

The day program doesn't require you to follow a fixed schedule; instead. They customize a program to fit your specific needs and goals . You decide how much you want to participate. It feels like a family environment, at least to me it does.

I love the popcorn, movies, bowling, outings, and life skills trips, oh and the grocery store, they take me with them so i can learn some basics. I also learned how to use the trax.

We have teenage twins who need help with all their ADLs. Blackscrubs comes to our home everyday to assist with their care. They do so much, and their help is truly appreciated.

All guardians, parents, and individuals love them. They’re accommodating and have so many staff members to address most needs..

I love that they’re open on weekends and some holidays, if you schedule it. We chose them over everyone else because of their consistency and continuity.
