BlackScrubs was built on a simple belief: people deserve disability support services they can rely on.
Too many individuals and families have experienced inconsistent staffing, poor communication, and services that feel impersonal. BlackScrubs was created to offer something better, support that is dependable, well-managed, and shaped around the real needs of each individual.
We provide services for individuals with disabilities across Utah through community support, group homes, host homes, and day support programs. Our goal is to help each person build daily living skills, grow in independence, and stay connected to their community with support they can trust.
What makes BlackScrubs different is our commitment to follow-through. We believe quality care starts with showing up, communicating clearly, maintaining strong staffing, and creating safe, respectful environments where progress can happen over time. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. We believe support should reflect the individual, their goals, routines, and level of need.
As a DSPD-approved provider, BlackScrubs is fully licensed, insured, and certified. We proudly serve Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Weber Counties with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and quality service.

Staff Training
At BlackScrubs, good care starts with well-trained people. Every team member completes hands-on training in safety, HIPAA privacy standards, and essential health practices like CPR and first aid, so clients feel safe and supported.
We keep learning, too. With regular monthly training and refreshers, our team stays sharp and focused on providing thoughtful, person-centered care.
